We call ourselves the Nomadic Samuels because we are committed to following Jesus as he guides us in serving others both in Ireland and India. Our organization in Northern Ireland has had a desire to serve the poor in Delhi, India for the past few years wanting to ‘build a bridge’ between Ireland and India. When we joined the team here in Ireland, we were the perfect fit to continue building that bridge between Ireland and India since we lived in Delhi, love Ireland and India, and have many contacts in Delhi the poor there.
We are temporarily in Canada sorting out our immigration for Canada and India and taking advantage of the time here to visit with family and friends. We are in the final stages of immigration and hope to be in Ireland full-time this summer to continue working in reconciliation work in that nation while also facilitating teams to India and working to support the NGO’s doing great work with the poor in Delhi – helping them to break the cycle of poverty.
The newest nomadic Samuel has arrived!
That’s right! Our son, Elijah, was born on August 27, 2011 – 7.5 weeks ahead of schedule! He’s a great little boy and we love him dearly! We are excited to have him as a part of our family and are looking forward to many adventures ahead with him at home and abroad.
